About This Course

The training program aims to promote the culture of arbitration in order to deal quickly and smoothly with disputes arising from engineering construction contracts, whether these disputes are domestic or international. The program also focuses on studying topics related to construction contracts (FIDIC contracts) and introducing participants to the legal rules governing engineering arbitration
    • Educational Qualification: A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
    • Registration Form: The program's registration form must be completed.
